Reverse Osmosis(RO)water purification system

RO water purification system is one of important part of our purification water system.

RO membrane is a coaxial roll core, the composite polyamide film has a desalination rate of 99% and a salt permeability of 1%.

The raw water flows out from the concentrated water side through the membrane surface. Appropriate osmotic pressure is increased above the membrane (too high osmotic pressure may cause the risk of entrainment), and the fresh water in the raw water will pass through the membrane and flow out from the produced water side. The membrane can only pass H2O , and other anions ( SO42- HCO3- Cl- , etc.) and cations ( Mg2+ Ca2+ Fe2+ Na+ , etc.) remain in the concentrated water and flow out. The recovery rate of fresh water depends on the size of the osmotic pressure and the quality of the raw water. The recovery rate of the first-level RO is more appropriate at 75% , and the recovery rate of the second-level RO can be in the range of 75%~90% (the concentrated water of the second-level RO is fully recovered).
