1. Reactor

Description: Closed pressure vessel, used for chemical reactions under high temperature, high pressure or vacuum conditions, mostly made of 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy or glass-lined .

Function:  Supports heating/cooling (jacket or coil), gas introduction (such as H₂,N₂), and online pH monitoring.

                   Realize exothermic/endothermic reactions such as polymerization, esterification, and hydrolysis.

2. Crystallization kettle

 Description : A vessel with precise temperature control and slow stirring, in which crystallization is induced by cooling, evaporation or addition of antisolvent.

 Function : Controlling crystal form and particle size distribution (e.g. crystal consistency of drug ).

                    Integrated supersaturation monitoring and seeding system.

3. Synthesis kettle

 Description : Multifunctional reaction vessel, usually equipped with multiple material interfaces and online analysis (such as FTIR, HPLC).

 Function :  Multi-step synthesis (e.g. Grignard reaction, condensation reaction).

                    Monitor the reaction progress in real time and automatically adjust parameters (temperature, feeding rate).

4. Mixing kettle

 Description : High efficiency homogenizing equipment, using high shear stirring (turbine type, anchor type) or static mixer.

 Function :  Rapidly disperse particles (such as nanomaterials) and emulsify oil-water phases (such as emulsion paints).

                     Prevents settling or stratification (e.g. high solids slurries).

5. Mixing tank

 Description : Basic mixing vessel with simple structure, used for low-complexity mixing or temporary storage.

 Function :  Solution preparation (e.g. electrolytes, culture media).

                     Maintaining suspension stability (e.g. fermentation broth pretreatment).
