Normally Application of Water for injection:
a. Water for the final washing of packaging materials that are in direct contact with sterile drugs, water for the refining process of sterile APIs, water for the final washing of packaging materials that are in direct contact with sterile APIs, water for the preparation of ingredients for sterile preparations, etc.
b.Water for injection can be used as a solvent or diluent for preparing injections, eye drops, etc. and for washing containers.
TianSure Machinery introduced the production technology ofItalian STILMAS multi-effect distilled water machine for production. The machine was at the world's advanced level in the mid-to-late1990s. The machine models can be divided into:300-5000,and thecontrol mode is manual,PLC automatic,and fully automatic.
Its features:The machine uses double tube sheets to preventcross-contamination of multiple materials. The sealing structure isreasonable,and most of the machines are flanged to prevent leakage. The five-effect machine uses a small amount of cooling water:thesix-effect machine does not use cooling water.
The design pressure is large(0.88Mpa),the service life is long, and the water output is large. The energy-saving and water-saving effects are significant.
Due to the use of new technologies,he heat exchange effect of themachine is very obvious. Compared with other models,it saves 20%energy. Due to the use of a smallamount or no cooling water,it can save about 15%water.
